Polity takeaways:
1. Legislature and Executive - abundant. (I had made a YouTube short on this that how Legislature and Executive are the current favourite topics of UPSC). Not surprised to see so many questions from Legislature and Executive.
2. Few questions are very easy. Some have a degree of vagueness and are open to interpretation. So, UPSC will be the final decision maker in such questions.
3. Polity questions, to some extent, are detailed and Laxmikanth falls short in such areas.
4. Expect some ambiguity in the answer keys of institutes because some answers will be based on the interpretation of the individual educators.

This was one of the toughest CSAT Papers in recent times.
Many aspirants might be eliminated because of CSAT this time.
I'll come up with the detailed solution of CSAT paper by tomorrow evening. I want to be accurate. So I'll take sometime.
Its a tough paper.
Its a tough paper.
As I am solving the CSAT Paper, there are some questions with multiple answers. The language is not clear and multiple answers are possible.
I am still solving the paper. This is the worst CSAT Paper I've seen.
Its about 3:30 A.M. early morning and I am just done solving the UPSC CSAT 2025 Paper. It took me considerable time to solve the entire paper primarily because:
1. Quantitative aptitude was much above the average level. There were a few low hanging fruits but they were too limited.
2. Some of the questions had a vague language, so to make an accurate answer key to the best of my ability, had to test a few questions from different perspetives to see what can be the nearest possible solution.
3. If anyone tells you that this paper was easy, either they don't know what has hit them or they are extremely genius and you should be very good friends with them.
4. Some English Reading Comprehensions were easy, but others had tricky options that would make it difficult for the aspirant (especially in the exam hall) to choose the correct option.
5. Logical reasoning was almost negligible with a few easy questions from coding-decoding and a not so easy question from Cubes and Dice.
6. I did both English and Hindi solutions, and because I don't maintain any content writers, so everything has to be done by myself.
I will record the solution video with detailed answers today (i.e. 26th May, 2025).
You will find discrepancy in answers with some of the big coaching answer keys. The best I can do is, explain in the solution video why I chose a particular answer. 🙂
