Shaykh Nur al-Din said, 'My father would see the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in wakefulness. If that is my father then what do you think about my uncle Shaykh 'Abdullah Sirajuddin!' One day, a young munshid in Damascus who literally didn't have enough wealth wished to visit Madinah. He needed 5000 Liras. His friend told him there is a scholar in Halab named Shaykh 'Abdullah Sirajuddin and he should seek his du'a because it is known not to be rejected.

He travelled all the way to Halab, knocked the Shaykh's door but his son told him he cannot enter. What did he do? He began to cry and he said, 'Ya Rasulallah ﷺ, I've come to visit your lover and they don't let me in!' Immediately, the son opened the door and said, 'My father is calling you but no one else can come in!' Shaykh 'Abdullah Sirajuddin said, "Here is your 5000 Liras that you need and now you can go to Madinah...' 'Ajeeb. The young man was stunned. He had literally never spoken to the Shaykh even once before this.
A true inspiration - Muhammad Ali was one of a kind.

May Allah grant him the highest grade in Paradise.

Shaykh Daoud Rosser Owen passed away this afternoon, ‏إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون.

He was a significant figure in the postwar history of Islam in Britain, particularly with respect to the convert community.

He had a distinguished military career in the British army rising to the rank of a regular army officer. He saw active service in Brunei at the end of the Azahari Rebellion and in Sabah, Singapore and in Peninsular Malaysia, during most of the Confrontation War. A talented linguist he spoke Malay-Indonesian, French and German, and took a BA Hons in Arabic from SOAS in 1970. Later on, he worked intensively on Welsh and Gaelic, and translated some short chapters of the Qur'an into these languages.

During the Bosnia-Croatia War (1992-5) he served as a war correspondent and stringer for the New Straits Times. He also saw action in that war, where his military expertise was deployed in defence of the Bosnians. In terms of the Islamic sciences, he studied diniyyah, fiqh, tajwid, and tasawwuf with Shaykh Ahmad Labib al-Azhari and Ustadh Muhammad Dahlan Arshad al-Azhari.

In terms of community activism, Shaykh Daoud was a vital link between the pre-war and post-war converts, and knew many of the elderly Woking converts who had been active in the Muslim Society of Great Britain in the 1920s up to the 1960s like Lieutenant-Colonel F.B. Abdullah Baines-Hewitt, William Bashyr Pickard and Dawud Cowan, some of whom had known and met Quilliam, Headley and Pickthall. Daoud wanted to work directly from Quilliam's legacy. It is not widely known that in 1975, he claimed Quilliam's mantle of Shaykh al-Islam of the British Isles on the principle of residuary sovereignty. To that end he established the Association of British Muslims in 1976, which he saw as a revival of selfsame association founded by Quilliam in the late 1880s and to his mind continued by Khalid Sheldrake under the Western Islamic Association in the 1920s.

He and his wife Bashiera were the first British spiritual disciples (murids) of Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani, shortly after he first came to teach Islam in London in September 1974, and they were associated with this spiritual tradition for many years, during which time Shaykh Daoud served as the Shaykh's deputy with regard to his British disciples.

May Allah fill his grave with light, give him an easy reckoning and raise him to al-Firdaus in the company of the righteous, amin. - Sidi Yahya Birt
Shaykh Hashim Majzub al-Rifa'i (May Allāh have mercy upon him) was locked up by the Syrian regime for over 20 years. Do you know how righteous he was? - He told us this himself.

He said countless numbers of prisoners who didn't even know how to read the Qur'an memorised the Qur'an with him in the prison and became 'ulema. He tearfully said, 'Wallahi, on the days that I was unable to teach them because I was away from them - the students would see Rasūlullāh ﷺ at night in their dreams and he would teach them. They would wake up in the morning with the verses memorised." Nothing is impossible for those who love Rasūlullāh ﷺ. In reality, the whole of humanity is walking dead and in darkness but Rasūlullāh ﷺ - it is he who is alive. Those who realise this are given spiritual life. He ﷺ rests in Madinah and gives light to the entire cosmos in every moment of every day.
“A man’s wife is not his servant, his wife is his life partner. The love that Allah has put in the hearts between mates is different from the love that modern cultures speak about. Allah did not use the word Love, he used a different word which in Arabic denotes a permanent love that never moves or changes or shakes in the hearts.”

- Shaykh Al Yaqoubi
One sin can bring 100 different forms of mercy from God
One act of worship can bring 100 different punishments from God

The sin can bring mercy if you repent, and don't turn back and it causes you to learn your lesson in life and have humility before the creator

The act of worship can bring punishment if it makes you arrogant, look down on people and make you think that your better than others and it makes you blind to your own corruption.
Alta heel is a sunnah

Over 1400 years ago, when a child was born, the Prophet ‎ﷺ made it his Sunnah to take a small part of a date and place it in his mouth. He would then chew it until it was soft and then rub it onto the palate of the new born baby. This is called Taḥnīk.

'Today', BBC News has reported that "experts" have said - "A dose of sugar given as a gel rubbed into the inside of the cheek is a cheap and effective way to protect premature babies against brain damage."

This is why Muslims follow the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allāh ‎ﷺ without questioning it. Science is only now discovering a tradition that was introduced 1400 years ago because Islām was and still is the forefront of development.

This is Adnan Menderes. He was the 9th prime minister of Türkiye who was executed in 1961 for changing the Azan back to Arabic, reopening thousands of mosques across the country which had been closed down during Mustafa Kemals era, and advocating for the return of the Caliphate. He put an end to religious restrictions, hence he was a threat to the secular ideology, so they blamed him for using religion as a tool for political gain. Following a military coup, the government was deposed and he was arrested along with all his party members.

In his last public speech before his death, he said: ❝The Turkish people are Muslim and they shall remain Muslim. For them to remain Muslim forever, they must, without question, ensure that Islamic principles and rules are taught so present and future generations can be encouraged towards the faith❞

look at the large and complex number of counters and screens in order to just fly!! Imagine that the sparrow, the eagle, the dove, the owl, and, and ... etc.
They have a small part of the brain the size of a watermelon seed in which all these complex calculations are made!! Speed, altitude, payload, weight, directions, compass, timings, radars to search for food and escape from enemies, landing and take-off counters, high and low flight counters, and all of this without a watchtower, radio, satellite, or GPS!!!
Allah says in surah Al Mulk
"Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing".
