I know that it feels like your entire life is hanging on certain decisions. That moving forward feels terrifying because you don't want to make the wrong choice. That you can't make the wrong choice. Because if you do if you walk down this path and things don't work out your entire life will fall apart and you'll never be able to go back and undo the damage. But the truth is that the decisions in your life don't have to be all or nothing. There aren't only two options, and the options don't have to be limited to "you succeed and experience joy" or "you fail and experience pain."
Life is fluid. It's unpredictable and always changing. And it's resilient. No single choice is strong enough to make or break your life. Nothing you choose has to be the end of you. You can always walk down a different path. You can always close doors that don't serve you and open new ones that do. You never have to stay stuck. There are always options. ❤

The right person will know how to hold your love. The right person will choose you just as deeply as you choose them. You will not have to quiet the way you care, you will never feel like you are too much. You will not have to beg for the love you deserve. One day, you will be met where you are. One day, you will understand that it never mattered how tightly you held on to the wrong people, how intensely you tried, because the right people were always going to find you. I'm so proud of you just for sticking around. I know this world can be such a cruel place sometimes; that's why you're so courageous simply by waking up each day and braving what's ahead. Know that your best moments are still waiting for you down the line and there are so many people who are glad that you are here. The world can be messy but it is wonderful most of the time. It's wonderful because there are still so many places to be, movies to see, books to read, po- etry to experience, songs to hear, sunrises to witness, moonrises and sunsets to fall in love under, there are still so many words to say, people to love, people to meet, lessons to learn, art to appreciate, foods to sa- vor, adventures to create and wild nights to remember, there's still, for us, a creating of a life to never forget. The Sun and the Moon are simply too beautiful to miss, so hang around, be here, please stay, the world is so glad you exist.

Sometimes, love doesn't win. Sometimes beautiful things end because you outgrow another human be-ing, sometimes love becomes too heavy to hold - the potential and the lessons and the evolution have reached a threshold, there is nowhere else to place your hope. However, that is not something you should deem a failure or something that should break your heart. That is something to celebrate. You managed to care for someone in the deepest way, and you grew one another into human beings who are going to go off into this world and change other people with that love. You did all that you could for one another, and instead of forcing something that wasn't working or fulfilling you anymore, you chose to walk away. You chose to release your grip, to believe that there were other things in store for your hearts. There is bravery in that.

You Deserve More Than...
Half-assed effort. Apologies without changed behavior.
Your negative self-talk. Being left on read for a week by someone who supposedly likes you. Being treated like a convenience. Being treated like a trial run. Pretending to be someone you're not because you think that this person is more worth loving than who you actually are. Not speaking your truth. Not stepping into your power. Not giving yourself a chance. Refusing to do something you know will better your life because you're convinced you don't actually deserve to be happy. Not honoring how you feel. Constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. Always assuming the worst. The bare minimum. Unmatched energy. Fair-weather friends. Rude dates. People who have decided they do not care to understand you. Staying in places you know you have outgrown. Staying at a party you're not having fun at. Staying quiet when you're aching to be heard. Living a life you know isn't actually your own.

You're gonna realize one day that my love is different. That my love is special that I'm special and that this is worth fighting for. That I'm worth fighting for. My love for you goes far beyond just your beauty. It runs deep in my heart and in my soul. I love you for everything that you are. Let go of the past

Most of us have unpleasant situations from past years that we replay in our heads and emotionally relive over and over again. It's too much. The past cannot be changed, and there is no need to drag such a burden behind you. Imagine a problem from the past burning up in a fire, drowning in the ocean, or crumbling upon impact. Describe what happened on paper and burn it or actually drown it. Mentally, out loud, or in writing, forgive the offender or yourself.
