"I used to like mission darkness but these days I've noticed they aren't good enough with the increasing signal strengths and frequency ranges so if I was going to use one I'd still practice keeping distance from it. Many Faraday bags I've realized actually don't mention how well they attenuate (block) and if they do they don't mention how well they attenuate at different frequency ranges which will vary.

I'd make one using AL60 by less emf using two pieces sandwiched together on both sides so 4 pieces total and have the shiny conductive side on the inside of the sandwiches pieces. I'd double fold all the ends doing the bottom first and then the sides and hold them together with duct tape. For the opening I'd also do double fold to open and close using adhesive Velcro to hold the opening shut when something is inside. If you order a mission darkness bag off amazon (they're cheap and ship fast) you can look at how its designed so you can make the same thing with AL60. I like AL60 because its the cheapest material I've seen yet its the 2nd best I've seen and they provide a detailed graph showing how well it blocks as various frequency ranges"

(Beta glucans are also high in functional mushrooms if I recall correctly. I think the cholesterol lowering drug she's referring to is cholestyramine. I read that it detoxes PFAS, it's also commonly used for mycotoxin detox. Allfamilypharma writes bulk prescriptions for it and sells it in bulk. I like to blend it with milk. I think I've heard that it can damage cell membranes because of how aggressively it pulls toxins out of the cell. I'm not sure how true that is but I would supplement phosphatidylcholine to support the cell membranes and maybe also a high DHA fish oil. )
