They say itâs just a biopsy.
But what they donât tell you could change everything.
When cancer is suspected, the first move is almost always the same: Cut it. Puncture it. Get a sample.
But what if that very actâthe biopsy itselfâcould cause the cancer to spread?
What if the âdiagnosisâ was the moment it stopped being contained?
Biopsies can rupture the protective capsule your body forms around tumors. That barrier is there for a reasonâto keep abnormal cells from leaking into your bloodstream or lymphatic system. When you pierce it, you may be doing more than testingâŚ
You could be giving cancer an open door.
Let that sink in.
Peer-reviewed studies have shown:
⢠Core needle biopsies linked to higher rates of distant metastasis
⢠Tumor manipulation causes angiogenesis and cell migration
⢠âIatrogenic spreadâ is realâmeaning the medical procedure itself caused the spread
⢠Biopsy tract seeding has been observed in liver, pancreatic, and soft tissue cancers
And yet, most patients are never told.
No warning. No disclosure. Just protocol.
They make you feel like you donât have time to think.
Like asking questions means youâre being difficult.
Like cutting is the only path to clarity.
But cutting first is not clarityâitâs risk.
There are safer, non-invasive ways to screen for cancer riskâusing blood-based markers that can reveal inflammation, tumor activity, and immune dysfunction without violating the bodyâs protective defense.
You deserve truth.
You deserve time.
You deserve options.
Because once you cutâŚ
you canât take it back.

If youâve been stuck in a cycle of bloating, acid reflux, or stubborn H. pylori infectionsâeven after rounds of antibiotics or restrictive dietsâmastic gum might be the overlooked fix.
It specifically targets Helicobacter pylori without destroying beneficial gut flora, helps seal micro-tears in the gut lining common in leaky gut and IBD, and has been shown to reduce TNF-Îą, one of the most aggressive inflammatory cytokines.
Even better?
It doubles as a natural oral antimicrobialâkilling P. gingivalis, a key driver of gum disease. Not hype.
Just a clinically-backed, resinous powerhouse.

What about "airplane mode?" Does that protect us from EMFs? An article published by saferemf.com.au explains that new cell phone models may not actually turn off all connectivity options when you turn on airplane mode.
Also, note that the authors of the article don't recommend that you sleep next to your phone despite how "off" you think it is. They recommend that you use a battery operated alarm clock and remove all other devices from the bedroom. Update: cell phones aren't truly "off" when you turn them off, as some functions and power-on circuitry remain active to allow for quick restarts and other tasks.

"Protecting the heart from mycotoxins involves preventing exposure and enhancing detoxification:
1ď¸âŁ Prevention:
⢠Avoid moldy grains, coffee, nuts.
⢠Use HEPA air filters to reduce airborne spores.
2ď¸âŁ Binders:
⢠Activated charcoal (500mg pre-meal) traps gut mycotoxins.
⢠Bentonite clay binds aflatoxins (*Food Chem. Toxicol.*, 2023).
3ď¸âŁ Antioxidants:
⢠NAC (600mg 3x/day) boosts glutathione to neutralize cardiotoxic ochratoxin A.
⢠Astaxanthin (12mg/day) protects cardiac mitochondria (*Toxins*, 2024).
4ď¸âŁ Cardioprotection:
⢠CoQ10 (200mg/day) counters mycotoxin-induced oxidative stress in heart tissue.
⢠Magnesium glycinate (400mg) stabilizes heart rhythm.
𩺠Testing: Urinary mycotoxin panels (Great Plains Lab) guide targeted detox. Partner with a functional medicine practitioner."

(I still can't believe how underrated selenium still is for thyroid health. Most people jump into iodine maxing but if I had ANY type of autoimmune thyroid condition or wanted to support ANY of my thyroid hormone markers I would be taking 200-400 mcg of selenium daily. Id also add in 1-2 teaspoons of black seed oil daily if I had ANY type of autoimmune thyroid condition. Some other bonuses I would throw in for these problems would be zinc and magnesium as well as reducing exposure to emf and mold as much as possible.)
