Vladimir Putin held an opening ceremony for a number of new facilities in Moscow, including the National Space Centre and St Vladimir's Children's Hospital, as well as four stations of a new metro line
On September 15, Day of Sanitary and Epidemiological Service Workers, the President will have a videoconference with several regions launching new laboratory centres of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor)

Head of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare Anna Popova will report to the President on the development and modernisation of Rospotrebnadzor infrastructure and on the implementation of the Sanitary Shield federal project created at the President’s instruction. The project was launched in 2021 to reinforce the epidemic prevention and biological hazard response system.
Vladimir Putin held a videoconference call with several Russian regions where new Rospotrebnadzor facilities have opened, including the Donetsk People's Republic, the Orenburg, Voronezh and Volgograd regions, and the Republic of Crimea

The President also extended his greetings to the Rospotrebnadzor staff on their professional holiday, Day of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service.

Thanks to you and many generations of your predecessors, our talented doctors and researchers, a unique epidemiological and sanitary surveillance system has been shaped in Russia. It is widely considered to be among the world's best and, most importantly, it continues to develop rapidly.

The President held a meeting on economic matters

The Government continues work on drafting the federal budget for the next three years.

Rather than simply keeping up with the global economy, we must strive to outpace it in terms of growth rate via unlocking the potential of our own sectors, regions, and territories, developing ties with our foreign partners, and widely adopting advanced technologies, as well as mastering promising domains of today's economy.

On September 17, Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting with Government members via videoconference

The comprehensive plan for developing transport, energy, communications, social, and other infrastructure until 2036 will be the main item on the agenda. Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin will deliver a report.

A number of pressing issues will be discussed as well.
Vladimir Putin made a visit to the Mulino training ground to observe the active phase of the Zapad 2025 joint strategic exercise

Held on September 12–16 at 41 land and sea ranges in both Russia and Belarus, the war games are designed to let the armed forces of the two countries rehearse repelling an attack on the Union State. 100,000 troops are taking part in the drills.

The President held a meeting with Government members

The comprehensive plan for developing transport, energy, communications, social, and other infrastructure until 2036 was the main item on the agenda. Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin delivered a report.

Prior to the start of the meeting, Vladimir Putin told the Government members about his telephone conversation with Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, during which the President of Russia wished the Indian leader a happy 75th birthday.

The meeting also addressed a number of current issues:

🔹Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov recapped this year's vocational schools enrollment campaign;

🔹in turn, Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov briefed the meeting on the universities enrollment campaign;

🔹Minister of Construction, Housing, and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported the results of the competitions for best comfortable urban environment projects;

🔹Head of the Russian Popular Front Executive Committee Mikhail Kuznetsov spoke about the processing of citizen appeals made to the Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin news conference.
