I thank you for accepting our invitation and attending our international event dedicated to the development of the nuclear energy sector. It is quite natural, of course, since there is — and has been for quite a while — a nuclear plant in Armenia, and, as you yourself mentioned at the forum, it provides 30 percent of the country's electricity generation. It is a considerable share, after all: 30 percent, or a third of Armenia's total energy are provided by the plant. And Rosatom is currently working on extending the lifespan of this plant, so your presence at the forum makes perfect sense.

The discussion focused on the outcomes of this year’s nationwide day of voting.
We must thank the voters who keep coming to the polling stations despite all the challenges they may face and cast their ballots for various parties. People do understand how important it is for Russia — this is something that matters at all times, but today this importance has doubled or even tripled. This demonstrates the importance of political stability and ensuring that our political system and domestic politics remain resilient.
This is the foundation of our success in all areas, be it military affairs, security, or economics. In fact, this applies across the board.

Vladimir Putin urged heads of regions to hire veterans of the special military operation for administrative jobs
See more on the Kremlin’s official website.
Both the scope of the tasks that lie before us and the challenges our country is now taking on introduce new, higher demands for the governance system and for officials working in state agencies. I will reiterate: what matters here is not their job performance, but also their personal qualities, including first and foremost, their commitment to working for the good of Russia and serving the country's interests.
I hope that these principles will guide you in shaping recruitment policies and that you will actively engage veterans of the special military operation to join your management teams, as I have emphasised repeatedly. Primarily we are talking about alumni of the Time of Heroes programme implemented federally, as well as its region-level counterparts.
Two alumni of the programme, Maria Kostyuk and Yevgeny Pervyshov, have been elected regional heads at the recent elections.

This year’s Olympiad brought together around 600 schoolchildren and students from the CIS, BRICS, the SCO, and many other countries in Krasnoyarsk, hosted by Siberian Federal University.
The Olympiad has traditionally focused on addressing contemporary challenges and threats, applying advanced technologies to prevent financial crimes, and raising citizens’ awareness and legal literacy.
I am confident that the programme of the current Olympiad –competitions, roundtable discussions, and workshops – will contribute to addressing these challenges. The opportunity to meet and engage with distinguished professionals will undoubtedly be a valuable and memorable experience for all participants.

Three years ago, in referendums held in Donbass and Novorossiya, millions of our compatriots <…> made a momentous, historic decision: to be with their Fatherland, with Russia, to return to their native family of which they had always been a part. <…> Today, in defence of that choice, our soldiers and commanders go into battle, while the entire country works and fights for a just cause. Together we defend our love for the Motherland and the unity of our shared history. We fight and prevail, safeguarding our vital national interests, our common memory and values, the Russian language, traditions, culture and faith.
