I'd suggest try to convey reality and truth but also in a way that doesn't blame anyone except the specific military units involved and their political ideology.

Besides that no blame to be levelled even indirectly at Jews, Israelis or Palestinians.

The common people are pawns in an asymmetrical warfare being played out. There is not much we can do besides stay aware and calm. I'll keep out of the zones where there may be 'terror' attacks like downtown Melbourne, Sydney or other cities.
