Condition for mortality rates to increase

1) 病毒變異 然後喺社區傳播
2) 公營醫療服務爆煲, 床位短缺
3) 引入大陸嘅醫療技術 "支援" ( 眾所周知佢哋班支那人幾憎我哋 隨時明明我哋身壯力健都將我哋醫死🤮)

我夠大膽講句 每達成一個condition 個mortality rate就會升一倍

Mutation 系一種 uncontrollable factor , 所以第一個condition好難預防, 但如果政府肯及早封關 第二個scenario就一定唔會發生， 如果政府唔係靠害存心想我哋香港人死嘅話第三個情況都唔會出現 , yet that's a big what if 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

但如果而家呢個情況唔妥善處理嘅話呢, 遲啲都好難講㗎喇
大家就得閒睇多啲stat , 好過聽班狗官鳩up ,記往 statistic never lies , politic always lies !

Pathology deep insight :
基本上傳染病散播嘅過程有三個 main aspect 要緊記:
Pathogens (病原體) : the thing that ultimately leads to your illness ( eg, virus , bacteria, fungi, parasites …)

Medium (媒介) : pathogens are carried by medium and transmitted elsewhere (eg. airborne ,droplets, body fluids ,water ,food …)

Victim (患者) : the individual who subjected to the attack from pathogens and where diseases were usually incited (eg ,human
, mammals or even plants )

防疫工作同樣可以從呢三個aspect 入手

Pathogen : border control (入境限制，入境檢疫/隔離, 全面封關)

Medium : Social distancing, wearing mask, disinfection , abandon contaminated or problematic water and food sources

Victim : Intensive care to suspected and confirmed patients , scanning for any potential patient in the community (抽樣檢測)

其實防疫工作就必定要照顧好呢三個aspect,缺一不可， 如果無視求其一個aspect 就只會事倍功半 :

忽視pathogens : 情況就好似而家港府咁，衹顧 transmission 同patients ，封關封一半唔封一半， 繼續有病毒入口🦠， 情況就好似一個人想清理身體嘅毒素但依舊繼續飲毒藥落肚， 同時都會搞到民不聊生🙉

忽視 tramission : 5個字 " 社區大爆發" 💥(community outbreak ) , 淨係封關同埋照顧病人 唔做social distancing/wear mask , 可想而知就會係爆到七彩 💣然後增加醫療負擔, 甚至病床爆煲

忽視patient : 呢個係最唔人道嘅做法 嘅都冇咩國家採用， 就係完全唔理啲病人由佢自生自滅🙀， 雖然唔會有啲咩大爆發出現 但依然會喺社區有零星個案 個疫情未必會埋到尾， 同埋個mortality rate 都會好高📈

總結: 防疫最好就係三管齊下, 但正做到嘅國家真係唔多

Deeper insight
如果真係要喺呢三個scenario 揀其中一個 admin我會prefer 放棄針對medium 嘅防疫工作, 雖然短時間係最災難性嘅 但長遠嚟睇係有回報嘅， 因為有爆發先能夠做到本台之前提及嘅 natural selection ， 提升社群本來嘅immunity ，有助evolution , 不過呢個係好ideal 嘅諗法 要喺現實社會實施有好大困難

3) The inherited hostility is well passed from Schutzstaffel against Red Army to Erbfeindschaft against HK Police force.
