You’re not lazy.
You’re just overloaded.

You watch 3 podcasts a day.
Save 20 posts on Instagram.
Take screenshots of quotes, strategies, tips.

But none of it sticks.
Because you’re drowning in information
and starving for clarity.

Here’s how to fix it:
1. Pick ONE skill or goal to focus on.
IELTS? Reading? Speaking? Vocabulary? Choose one.

2. Choose ONE main source to follow.
Not ten. One teacher, one podcast, one course.

3. Use the “apply immediately” rule.
If you learn something, apply it within 24 hours. Otherwise, it’s just noise.

4. Have a weekly review system.
Revisit what you learned, what worked, and what didn’t.

5. Unfollow or mute accounts that add zero value.
Even if they seem “inspiring.”

You don’t need more content.
You need more execution.

Focus creates progress.
Noise kills it.

Choose your inputs wisely.
Your future depends on it.

I look disciplined on the outside. But inside, I’m running on empty.

Work is increasing day by day.
I’ve started paying attention to things I never used to.
Details. Structure. Systems.

It’s good.
But it’s consuming 99% of my time and energy.

And when there’s no time left for me—
No books.
No reflections.
No stillness.
I feel deeply… dissatisfied.

The truth?
I don’t feel clear.
I don’t feel grounded.
I don’t feel like myself.

Should I reduce my working hours?
Should I care less about what I do?
There’s no obvious answer.
But I know something must change.

I need a reset.

Not a vacation.
Not a break.
A realignment.

Because even discipline becomes destructive
when it pulls you away from your own growth.

If you’re feeling this too—
You’re not alone.
But we can’t ignore the signs.

It’s time to fix our lives.
Before the weight of everything breaks the foundation of who we are.

Action faking feels productive.
That’s why it’s dangerous.

Today was a great day as I was privileged enough to meet my teacher - Sattorbek Yuldashev and a friend and a brother G’anisher.

Despite the limited time we had, we talked about so much stuff, including life, careers and I got the guidance needed.

I hope to meet him in the future more regularly, and talk to him more often and learn!

Thank you, it was a great day.

2025Talks 9: Meeting with my teacher, Sattorbek Yuldashev

• Bu inson mani birinchi marta Ingliz tiliga qiziqishimga sababchi bo’lgan va “English Alphabet”dan boshlab “Advanced Level”ga chiqargan inson.

• Hozirgi Ingliz tilidan dars berib yurishim, shu kasb orqali oila boqishim, erishgan hamma yutuqlarimda ustozimni katta hissasi bor, va buni yaqinlarim davrasida har doim xursand bo’lib aytganman.

• Bugun ustozim bilan ko’rishishga imkon tug’ilib qoldi. Suhbatimiz 3 soat davom etibdi, va bu 3 soat balkim nechidir yillik hayotimga ta’sir qiladigan suhbat bo’lgandir, chunki masalalarni qayta o’ylab ko’rishim kerakligini anglab yetdim.

Shu mavzularda suhbatlashdik:
• Teaching
• The high probability of ADHD among students
• How to manage different students
• The importance of University
• How to stay true to yourself
• Mental preparation for exams
• Prioritizing parents over anyone

- All in all, I’m truly grateful to have a teacher like him. I hope to reach out to him more often in the future for advice on different matters.

TAN OLISH VAQTI KELDI

“So’z yodlayman, lekin esimda turmaydida”

“Eshitaman, lekin tushunish qiyin bo’lyapti”

“Insho yozaman, lekin g’oya kelmay qoladida” va shunga o’xshash boshqa bo’mag’ur gaplar.

Sizga bitta sirni ochaman: o’qituvchizga buni bir tiyinlik qizig’i yoq, ishonavering.

So’z esizda turmasa, mabodo 10 soat takrorlaganda esda qolar, sinab ko’rdizmi? Yoq.

Eshitganda tarjima qilib ko’rdizmi? Yoq.

Yozishdan oldin g’oya qidirdizmi? O’qituvchiz aytgandek izlandizmi? Yoq, siz nolib o’tirdiz.

O’qituvchi ham dars beradi, ham sizga qanday o’ylashniyam o’rgatib+boshizga g’oya ham tiqib qo’ysinmi?

Bugundan boshlab bo’mag’ur gaplarni to’xtatib odamday dars qilishni boshlaylik. Ertaga farzandlarimiz savol so’raganda “bilmasam bolam” degan sharmandali gapni aytmaylik.
If you’re not chasing it, you don’t want it.

You say you want success.
But you scroll more than you study.
You say you want IELTS 7.0+.
But you work like a 5.5 student.

No urgency. No hunger.
Just talk. Just comfort.

You hide behind motivation videos.
Fake productivity.
Short bursts of effort followed by long breaks of nothing.

Your results are a mirror.
They reflect your priorities.

Pain is, you want it easy.
Without sacrifice.
Without deep work.
Without discipline.

Don’t say you want it.
Show me how far you’ll go to get it.
