You check your phone while working. You open Instagram when you should be studying.

Distractions are habits, not needs.

- Notice your habits. Every time you check your phone, every time you scroll.
- Ask why. Does this help you? Or is it just wasting time?
- Choose wisely. Focus on what’s important.

Stop the cycle. Act with purpose. Your attention is valuable—use it well.

Less scrolling, more doing.

Phase 2 of our IELTS Challenge has started from today.

Students are very active. Let’s see how much progress we all will make.

@otaboyevblog
Every Sunday (or Monday), I reflect on the past week and ask myself, “What can I do better this week?

You feel tired. Demotivated. Dissatisfied.

You crave fun. Parties. Endless scrolling.

It's normal. Everyone loves a quick dopamine hit. Hard work? Not so much.

But remember your purpose. Remember why you began. Struggle is part of the journey. Feeling down is okay.

Just don’t stop. The reward always outweighs the struggle.

Keep going. It’s worth it.

Ramadan isn’t just about fasting. It’s about rewiring your habits.

You set ambitious goals when Ramadan began.
This time, it was going to be different.

But then life happened—work, studies, distractions. Maybe even laziness.

Now, 20 days have passed.
10 days remain.

What can you do?

• Use these last 10 days to get closer to the Creator.
• Write down what you want to achieve and put it somewhere visible.
• Write down who you don’t want to become and read it every day.

Ramadan is ending. Will you let it slip away, or will you make these days count?

Teaching is hard.
Teaching the unwilling is even harder.

You assign homework.
They give you excuses.

You show them the path.
They refuse to walk it.

Some teachers teach for money solely.
Some teach because they care.

When money is the only reason, you keep showing up.
When passion is the reason, the job starts to feel empty.

I’ve thought about quitting.

Why help students who won’t help themselves?
Why invest in their future when they’re set on destroying it?

Maybe the real question is—who is worth teaching?

You can’t change yourself without changing what’s around you.

Change your environment.
Change the books you read.
Change the people around you.
Change the information you consume.
Unfollow the accounts that drain your focus.

Anything that doesn’t push you forward is pulling you back.

Start with this:
Remove distractions. Ruthlessly.
