Try this launcher version if anyone facing ui stutters and random black screen issues.
Note: it's a pixel launcher.

Follow this
Boot TWRP Recovery click Advanced> File Manager> data> system and delete 5 files

1.gatekeeper password key
2.gatekeeper pattern key
3.locksettings.db
4.locksettings.db-shm
5.locksettings.db-wal

after deleted the 5 files boot it in the system. If twrp still asking for password then flash this file / format data

Run this Fix as admin for users facing following issues ( for AMD Ryzen, Intel users running windows )
1. Press any key to shutdown
2. Not detecting on mi flash / mi flash unlock tool / fastboot tool
3. Usb 3.0, 3.1 not detecting
[Reboot pc after running it as administrator]
