አዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ባስገነባው የንግድ ማዕከል ውስጥ የሚገኙ የንግድ ቤቶችን በግልጽ ጨረታ ለማከራየት በኮሜርሺያል ኖሚኒስ በኩል እሁድ ሰኔ 22/2017 ጨረታ እንዳወጣ ይታወቃል:: ሆኖም ግን በወጣው ጨረታ ያልተከራዩ የንግድ ቤቶች ስላሉ እነሱን ለማከራየት በድጋሚ እሁድ ነሀሴ 11/2017 ዓ.ም የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የወጣ ሲሆን ማስታወቂያውን አያይዘናል::

አዲስ አባባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሮጀክት  ላይ ላሳየው የላቀ አፈፃፀም የዕውቅና እና የምስጋና የምስክር ወረቀት ተሰጠው::
ዩኒቨርስተያችን አዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርስቲ በተመረጡ አምስት የአዲስ አበባ መንገዶች ላይ CONDUCT PERCEPTION SURVEY AND TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTION ALONG SELECTED CORRIDORS CONTAINING CYCLING INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE CITY OF ADDIS ABABA በሚል ርእስ የ Bloomberg Initiative for Cycling infrastructure (BICI) ፕሮጀክት የብስክሌት መጋራት ስርዓት ከመተግበሩ በፊት እና በኋላ (before and after the implementation of the bike-share system) ከ አዲስ አበባ ትራንስፖርት ቢሮ የስራ ዉል ስምምነት በመፈራረም እየሰራ ይገኛል፡፡  የብስክሌት መጋራት ስርዓት (Bike share system) ከመተግበሩ በፊት  ጥናቱን ጨርሰን ያስረከብን ሲሆን ፣ ለዚህም ተቋማችን ላሳየው የላቀ የፕሮጀክት አፈፃፀም ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ የትራንስፖርት ቢሮ  የዕዉቅና እና የምስጋና  የምስክር ወረቀት ተሰጥቶታል::
