The Biotechnology and Bioprocess Centre of Excellence at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) organized a half-day workshop in collaboration with the Bio and Emerging Technology Institute (BETin) to explore areas of partnership between the two institutions. Before the workshop, the BETin delegation, led by Dr. Halilu Dadi, Deputy Director General of BETin, toured AASTU’s newly established research centre.
During the program, Dr. Girma Gonfa gave a presentation on AASTU’s vision, mission, and overall progress, with a particular focus on the Biotechnology and Bioprocess Centre of Excellence.

Dr. Adugan Temesgen, AASTU Education Quality Enhancement Director, delivered the training that focused on Reinforce understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit processes, Prepare staff for upcoming surveillance audits.
