Getachew Mekuria Habtemariam Successfully Defends PhD Dissertation on Software Reliability Prediction Model
June 6,2024
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Getachew Mekuria Habtemariam has successfully defended his PhD dissertation, titled "Developing Software Reliability Predicting Model Using Machine Learning Techniques." His research, conducted under the expert guidance of Professor Sudhir Kumar Mohapatra and Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Seid, addresses the critical need for reliable and accurate software in modern life.
Getachew's dissertation critiques existing models for assessing software system reliability, noting that while many logical models exist, they often solve specific types of problems but fail to address others. His research proposes a novel and universal model designed to fairly predict and classify errors across a wide range of software reliability issues.
Please join us in congratulating Getachew on his outstanding accomplishment.
