so someone who was having lags, try this
fresh install with a data wipe.
skip all setups, login to your account, download YT from play store - no YT lag
reboot
Play YT video - no lag
update all apps from play store , play YT video - no lags
reboot
play YT video - no lags
now complete the setup from the notification, and setup assistant as well
play YT video - lag city is back ...
