Belarusians of Hamburg held a rally in support of Ihar Losik, Alexei Kudin, Alexei Navalny and all political prisoners in both Belarus and Russia.
In Babruisk, relatives are looking for people detained on Friday.

In the detention centre they were told that no, they were not brought to court.
Ihar Losik stopped the hunger strike. His letter to Belarusians (handed over by a lawyer):

“I decided to end the hunger strike. Why did I do it? Precisely of my own free will. I have not eaten for more than forty days, and I feel the strength and ability to hold out for more. But I was just shocked by an incredible wave of solidarity. And also requests from hundreds and thousands of Belarusians to stop, wait for our common victory being healthy.”
As “Viasna” human rights center reports, Olga Bobrova, the mother of five children, has been in the temporary detention center at Akrestsina jail since January 22 for hanging a huge flag in the Dana Mall. Today the court fined her 870 rubles (about 280 €).
Vitsebsk will have a new mayor. Vadim Zaryankin resigned “due to getting another job.”

A taxi driver was beaten by riot police in Hrodna. Investigative Committee refused to initiate a case: “There is no corpus delicti”.

Meanwhile, a criminal case was immediately initiated against him under Article 364 of the Criminal Code (Violence against law enforcement officers).

Miguel Berger, State Secretary of the German Foreign Ministry, said that Germany will come up with an initiative to create an international mechanism for the criminal prosecution of persons guilty of crimes and human rights violations in Belarus.

He stated this at as he had meeting with Pavel Latushka.

The German side also reported that the adoption of a law has almost been completed, according to which German companies will not be able to work with foreign enterprises where human rights are violated. This approach will directly affect Belarusian enterprises whose management violates human rights.
