15 BIG REASONS WHY JESUS IS NOT GOD:

INCLUDING 90 BIBLICAL VERSES THAT JESUS IS NOT GOD:
1. Matthew 24:36
• No one knows about that day or hour, not even the Son, but the Father only.
• Here Jesus makes a distinction between what he knows and what the Father knows.

2. Matthew 26:39
My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me, yet not as I will, but as Thou will.
• Jesus’ will is likewise autonomous from God’s Will. Jesus is seeking acquiescence to God’s will.

3• John 5:26
• For as the Father has life in Himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself.
• Jesus received his life from God. God received his life from no one. He is eternally self-existent.

4• John 5:30
• By myself, I can do nothing: I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who has sent me.
• Jesus says, “by myself, I can do nothing.” This indicates that Jesus is relying upon his own relationship with God. He is not trying to “please myself” but rather is seeking to “please the one who sent me.”

5• John 5:19
• The Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son does also.
• Jesus declares that he is following a pattern laid down by God. He is expressing obedience to God.

6. Mark 10:18
• Why do you call me good? No one is good, except God alone.
• Here Jesus emphatically makes a distinction between himself and God.

7. John 14:28
• The Father is greater than I.
This is another strong statement that makes a distinction between Jesus and God.

8. Matthew 6:9
Our Father, which art in Heaven.
He didn’t pray, Our Father, which art standing right here!”

9. Matthew 27:46
My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Inconceivable if he is God the Creator.

10. John 17:21-23
. . .that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. . ..that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me.
In this prayer Jesus defines the term “to be one.” It is clearly accomplished through the relationship of two autonomous beings. Christian believers are to model their relationship (to become one) after the relationship of God and Christ (as God and Christ are one). Notice that “to be one” does not mean to be “one and the same.”

11. 1 Corinthians 15:27-28
For he "has put everything under his feet." Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.
Paul declares that God put everything under Christ, except God himself. Instead God rules all things through Christ. (remember: “through him all things were made.”)

12. Hebrews 1:3
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being.
Jesus is the exact representation of his being. I send my representative to Congress. He is not me, myself. He is my representative.

13. Hebrews 4:15 (compared with James 1:13)
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet without sin.
Jesus has been tempted in every way, just as we are, yet he never sinned. See

James 1:13: When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. ForGod cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt.
Jesus was tempted in every way, but God cannot be tempted. This is why Jesus said, “don’t call me good, none are good, only God.”
14. Hebrews 5:7-9
During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son,he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him
Jesus had to walk a course of faith and obedience in order to achieve perfection. By achieving perfection, Jesus “became” leader of his people.

15. Jesus is God yet he says he has brothers, sisters and mother below ! ! !
Matthew 12:46-50

أشياء ليست من صفات الله....

Christians, God doesn't do these

According to the Holy Bible Jesus manifested human traits not befitting God.

For instance, Jesus wept (cf. John 11:35), slept (cf. Mark 4:35), hungered and thirsted (cf. John 4:6-7).

God doesn’t tire, doesn’t sleep, doesn’t thirst and doesn’t get hungry (cf. Psalm 50:7-13, 121:3-4; Isaiah 40:28).

How then can Jesus be God?

Baptism of Jesus Christ...

👉🏻 Matthew 3:13 New International Version (NIV)

13 "Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John."

👉🏻  If Jesus is God, can God then be baptized by a human being called John?

👉🏻  If Jesus is God, can he then be seen by human beings and be touched by human beings knowing fully well that John, in his John 1:18 said No man has seen God AT ANY TIME?!

👉🏻  Baptism means to cleans, to purify, to wash, etc. It means purification from sin, filth and dirt. If    Jesus is really baptized, then he is not fit for that alleged crucifixion because he himself is impure hence he had to be cleansed as Matthew said above.

👉🏻  How can this man called Jesus that was born by a woman be God? Was his mother worshipping him before and after his birth?

You shall know the truth and it shall set you free - John 8:32

👉🏻“Truly, God (ALLAH )  is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him (alone).  This is the straight path.” (Quran 3:51)

التناقض في اللاهوت والناسوت

Does Christianity actually teach that your God doesn't change?Let's just see
According to the Bible, God does not change:

I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. (Malachi 3:6)

Essentially God’s nature is forever the same, He isn’t changing over time, so for example God’s nature is to always be perfect, God is always all-knowing and so on, He didn’t gain these attributes or part of His nature after.

Now comes the problem though, at least if you believe Jesus is God in the flesh, as this was a clear change of nature. According to Christian theology, or at least Christian theology concerning those who believe in the deity of Jesus. God who is Jesus became man in the flesh, he became a very real human being, he was true blood and flesh, and had the true human nature.

God basically took on a new nature by becoming a man, this is an obvious change, and so we have a contradiction. If God became fully human and took on this new nature, which is a change, this then contradicts Malachi 3:6 and so the theological belief here is in contradiction with the Bible. Now if there is no contradiction, then the next problem is that this theological belief is therefore false or at least it’s not biblical, because the Bible makes it clear that God does not change, yet according to Christian theology he did change, and very much so by becoming a full human being. Either way you have a problem.

Christian apologists try to argue that there is no problem, they claim that God didn’t change his nature, he merely added onto his nature, so when he became a man he didn’t take away anything from his nature, he was still all-knowing, all-powerful, and everything else he always was, he merely adopted a new aspect to himself by taking on the man nature.

This is one of those moments where Christian apologists really do lower your intelligence, with all due respect. Christian apologists are basically saying God did change his nature, but instead they word it differently, instead of saying God did change, they merely say he ‘added’ to his nature, so they’ve said the same thing but in different wording to make it seem that no change has taken place.

If God ‘added’ a new nature to himself, then that it is a clear change. Was God always a man? No. Did God later on become fully human taking on the human nature-attribute? Yes. Therefore you have a clear change in nature, just because he ‘adds’ something onto himself does not mean there’s no change, adding something to yourself is clearly a change.

So either Christian apologists accept the biblical contradiction, that God did change thus contradicting Malachi 3:6, and therefore bringing the entire Bible’s reliability into question. Or they admit that their theology is indeed not biblical as it is in contradiction with the very Bible they supposedly believe, there is no middle or in-between.

💮IS JESUS GOD?
The Bible says that Jesus was lower than angels

Hebrews 2:9 “But we do see him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus.”

God, the Creator of angels, can not be lower than His own creation, but Jesus was. Therefore, Jesus was not God.

💮IS JESUS GOD?
The Bible says that Jesus’ teachings were from God, NOT Jesus himself

John 7:16 “So Jesus answered them and said, "My teaching is not mine, but His who sent me.”

Jesus could not have said this if he were God because the doctrine would have been his.

💮IS JESUS GOD?
The Bible says that Jesus had limited knowledge, but god’s knowledge is infinite

Mark 13:32 “No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the son, but only the Father.”

Since Jesus, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, did not know, he was not all-knowing, and therefore, he cannot be the God whose knowledge is all-encompassing.

💮IS JESUS GOD?
The Bible says that Jesus grew in wisdom & learning, but God is All Wise & does not (need to) learn

Jesus grew in wisdom, but God is all wise:

Psalms 147:5 “Great is our Lord and abundant in strength; His understanding is infinite.”

Luke 2:52: “And Jesus increased in wisdom.”
God does not need to learn, but Jesus learned.

Heb. 5:8 “Although he was a son, he learned obedience…”

💮IS JESUS GOD?
The Bible says Jesus regarded God’s testimony as separate from his own

Jesus regarded himself and God as two, not "one."

John 8:17 and 18: "I am one who testifies for myself; my other witness is the Father."

John 14:1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me."

If Jesus was God, He would not have regarded God’s testimony as separate from his own.

💮IS JESUS GOD?
The Bible says that Jesus died, but God cannot die

The Bible teaches that Jesus died. God cannot die.

Romans 1:23 and other verses say that God is immortal.

Immortal means, “not subject to death.” This term applies only to God.

💮IS JESUS GOD?
The Bible says that Jesus lived because of God

John 6:57 “I live because of the Father.”

Jesus cannot be God because he depended on God for his own existence.

تلاميذ عيسي لم يشيروا إليه أبدا علي إنه إله.

The Man and the Prophet of God Called Jesus Christ (Acts 2:22, Matthew 21:11, Luke 7:16, 24:19)
-------
"And let the People of the Gospel "judge / reason / decide" by what Allah has revealed therein. ..." Qur'an 5:47

Evidence from the Acts of the Apostles: Jesus performed many miraculous wonders, and he without doubt said a lot of wonderful things about himself. Some people use what he said and did as a proof that he was God. But his original disciples who lived and walked with him, and were eyewitnesses to what he said and did, never reached this conclusion.

The Acts of the Apostles in the Bible details the activity of the disciples over a period of thirty years after Jesus was lifted up to heaven. Throughout this period they never refer to Jesus as God. They continually and consistently use the title God to refer to someone else other than Jesus. Peter stood up with the eleven disciples and addressed the crowd saying: “Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.” (Acts 2:22).

It was God, therefore, who did the miracles through Jesus to convince people that Jesus was backed by God. Peter did not see the miracles as proof that Jesus is God. In fact, the way Peter refers to God and to Jesus makes it clear that Jesus is not God. For he always turns the title God away from Jesus. Take the following references for example: “God has raised this Jesus...” (Acts 2:32) “God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.” (Acts 2:36)

In both passages, the title God is turned away from Jesus. So why he did this, if Jesus was God? For Peter, Jesus was a servant of God. Peter said: “God raised up his servant...” (Acts 3:26).

The title servant refers to Jesus. This is clear from a previous passage where Peter declared: “The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus.” (Acts 3:13).

Peter must have known that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob never spoke of a Triune God. They always spoke of God as the only God. Here, as in Matthew 12:18, Jesus is the servant of God. Matthew tells us that Jesus was the same servant of God spoken of in Isaiah 42:1

So, according to Matthew and Peter, Jesus is not God, but God’s servant. The Old Testament repeatedly says that God is alone (e.g. Isaiah 45:5, 43:11). All of the disciples of Jesus held this view.

In Acts 4:24 we are told that the believers prayed to God saying: “...they raised their voices together in prayer to God. 'Sovereign Lord,' they said, 'you made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything in them.'” It is clear that the one they were praying to was not Jesus, because, two verses later, they referred to Jesus as “...your holy servant Jesus, whom you
anointed.” (Acts 4:27).

If Jesus was God, his disciples should have said this clearly. Instead, they kept preaching that Jesus was God’s Christ. We are told in Acts: “Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ.” (Acts 5:42).

Didn't Muhammad write the Qur'an or borrow from the earlier scriptures( bible)?

Opponents of Islam sometimes allege that Muhammad himself wrote the Qur'an or that he copied or adapted it from previous scriptures. But it is known that the Prophet's contacts with Jews and Christians was negligible before his emigration from Mecca, and after it his role was that of a teacher, openly inviting the Jews and Christians to accept Islam while pointing out how they had diverged from the true monotheism taught by their prophets. It is true that there are some similarities between the Qur'an and the Bible, but this does not indicate that later prophets plagiarized from former ones. It merely reflects the common source, which is the Creator of mankind, and the continuance of His basic message of monotheism. Moreover, there was no Arabic version of the Bible in existence at the time of Prophet Muhammad. The earliest Arabic version of the Old Testament is that of R. Saadias Gaon of 900 CE - more than 250 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad. And the oldest Arabic version of the New Testament was published by Erpenius in 1616 CE - about 1000 years after his death. Historically and logically, it cannot be established that there was any human source for the Qur'an or that the Messenger of Allah learned it from the Jews or Christians. His enemies kept a close watch on him hoping to find confirmation of their claim that he was a liar. But they could not point to a single instance when the Prophet might have had secret meetings with people of other faiths. It was a sign of Muhammad's prophethood that he was illiterate. Thus, he could not be credited with composing or editing the revelations, and suspicion that he learned what he preached from earlier scriptures is eliminated. At the time the Qur'an was revealed, his contemporaries among the Arabs, known for linguistic eloquence, acknowledged that its language was unique and distinctly different from the speech of Muhammad, a man they knew well. The Qur'an states that the Prophet was an illiterate man, so if that had not been true, his opponents would surely have exposed him. There is, however, not a single report to this effect, and no one denied his illiteracy. At the same time, no one denied that the Qur'an was unequalled in eloquence, impact and clarity, including those who rejected its message.
It is not difficult to verify that Muhammad did not possess knowledge of many things mentioned in the Qur'an, such as historical events, natural phenomena and future occurrences. The kind of information he conveyed could not have been obtained through reading and research, so it was obviously something that could only have come directly from the Creator. The  Qur'an states in several places that Muhammad and his people did not know these facts, so had it been otherwise, his adversaries would have capitalized on that claim to discredit him. ??
I recently, within the last two centuries, have advancements in research technology which led to the discovery of facts that were mentioned in the Qur'an by the illetrate prophet over fourteen centuries ago. Here are a few examples:

1.The creation of the universe from a single entity and of life from water:

أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَنَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقًا فَفَتَقْنَاهُمَا ۖ وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ ۖ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿30﴾
(Interprtation of the meaning👇)
"Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing?"[Qur’an 21:30]

2.All creation is based on duality, made up of pairs, counterparts or opposites:
وَمِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ(49)

"And of all things We created two mates."[ Qur'an, 51:49. In contrast, God is one, with no counterpart and nothing resembling Him in any way.]
3.The different natures of the sun and moon:

هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ ضِيَاءً وَالْقَمَرَ نُورًا وَقَدَّرَهُ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعْلَمُوا عَدَدَ السِّنِينَ وَالْحِسَابَ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ يُفَصِّلُ الْآَيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ(5)
(Interprtation of the meaning👇)

"It is He [Allah] who made the sun a shining light and the moon a derived light and determined for it phases - that you may know the number of years and account [of time]."[Qur’an, 10:5. Other verses (25:61 and 71:16) refer to the sun as a burning lamp.] ..

4.The rotation of the earth:

(Interprtation of the meaning👇)

"He created the heavens and earth in truth. He wraps the night over the day and wraps the day over the night.”[Qur’an, 39:5. The alternate "wrapping" of sunlight and darkness is caused by the earth's turning in one direction.]

5.The expansion of the universe:
وَالسَّمَاءَ بَنَيْنَاهَا بِأَيْدٍ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ (47)
(Interprtation of the meaning👇)

"And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander."[Qur’an 51:47.

The Creator refers to Himself in the plural form which denotes power, grandeur and majesty]
1.The sun is not stationary but moves in a specific direction for a limited term:
وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَهَا ذَلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ(38)
(Interprtation of the meaning👇)

"And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point."[Qur’an, 36:38.

The sun, as a tiny member of this vast universe, is progressing within it toward a final destination, which indicates an end to the present creation.] These are words recited by Muhammad, the illetrate prophet. The Qur'an addresses recently established scientific facts with the precision of a scientist. Could the most highly literate, well read or scholarly man of that period, or even of the centuries that followed, possibly have come up with anything similar?

Psychologically

If you read the Qur’ān, you will immediately recognize that it has a very confident tone. Most books begin with an apology from the author for any shortcomings in the book. Some books even have several editions to make up for the shortcomings of the previous edition. However, the Qur’ān is the opposite. There is a famous Arabic statement “The one who does not have something cannot give it.” If one does not have certainty, they cannot give it. The Qur’ān begins with a very powerful statement: This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah (Qur’ān 2:2). Such a confident tone is not that of a liar.

In the Qur’ān the Prophet peace be upon him is being addressed. He is being told what to say and preach. For instance, the Qur’ān says “Say: God is One”, this “say” is in the singular because it is addressed to him directly. It is difficult to accept that he composed the Qur’ān composed the Qur’ān on his own, because he would be addressing himself. One might say that he was a madman, but there is no indication of him being a madman. Rather he was intelligent, compassionate, and led an entire community. Mad men are not taken seriously and certainly cannot lead intelligent people to positively transform the entire world.

Furthermore, the Qur’ān criticizes and corrects the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him for certain things he did or decisions he made. Had he been a liar he would not have made such corrections of himself.

Jesus Will Return: Why Not Muhammad?

This is an interesting question, based on the Muslim belief that Jesus will return at the end of times so why Jesus and not the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

“So why Jesus in the first place?”

The explanation is that Jesus is one of the most controversial and misunderstood figures in all of history as there have been many prophets and messengers of God.

And we believe Jesus, on whom be peace, was a prophet and a messenger of God, and that other people took him to be God despite his own teachings.

Now, at the same time there are some people who rejected him altogether.

So here we have like two extremes, on the one hand some rejecting him altogether, on the other hand some others deifying him.

And Muslims, we believe, have the balance view between the two extremes.

Well we can keep telling people about this balanced view but some people will not believe us.

But the idea is that when Jesus himself returns that will settle all of the questions so that those who previously rejected him will see the man and now believe in him.

And those who previously deified him will see him now arriving in this context coming and becoming, being a part of the Muslim community in praying along with them, praying to the God that he always prayed to.

They will now have no questions remaining they will realize that Jesus is a man, a human being, a prophet of God who has been erroneously made into a God by the thinking of others.

“So why not the Prophet Muhammad then?”

I would say that there is no need for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to return as there has been no need for any of the umpteen prophets.

We believe that there have been a lot of prophets in all of history, and the Quran says to every nation we have sent prophets and messengers but they will not all return.

Only Jesus is specifically singled out in this regard in Muslim and Christian belief as the one who will return towards the end of time.

Some people thought that John the Baptist will also return some thought that Elijah will return.

1_JESUS AS MESSENGER AND PROPHET OF GOD

Jesus was the last prophet in Israel. He was called the son of God, an expression that was in common use in scripture to mean ‘man of God’metaphorically and in no single instance did it connote God. Nowhere in the Gospels or the Epistles is it said that Jesus referred to himself as God or implied that he was God. The expression, Lord, was applied to him but there is no evidence that those who made use of this expression with reference to him believed, or meant to convey, that he was God. It was used as a synonym for master.

🍃Muslims believed Jesus is messenger as revealed in the Qur’an and Bible itself where Jesus prove himself he was only a messenger of God but not God. Quran stated:

"…The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of God, and His word (command) which He conveyed unto Mary..." (Quran 4:171)

The word ‘MESSENGER’ according to Oxford dictionary is; n. a person who carries a message.

🍃So we will see below where Jesus clarified himself from debris of false believe that he was a messenger sent by God Almighty and not God.

👉🏻“Jesus answered, "My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who #SENT me.” (John 7:16)

👉🏻 “Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that #SENT me, and to finish his work.” (John 4:34)

👉🏻  “Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he #SENT me” (john 8:42)

👉🏻. “I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath #SENT me.” (John 5:30)

👉🏻“For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which #SENT me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.” ( John 12:49)

From the above references if Jesus is God he wouldn’t have been sent by another God but he would just come by himself. But these prove him he was just a messenger like any other messenger that God sent before him, e g, Moses, Jacob, Abraham, etc.

JESUS AS PROPHET

💥There is no language where God and prophet are synonymous term. God cannot be prophet. We read in the same Bible Jesus was referred to as a prophet:

👉🏻. “And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a #prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:” (Luke 24:19)

👉🏻 “And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great #prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people” (Luke 7:16)

👉🏻 “But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a #prophet.”  (Math 21:46)

👉🏻  “But Jesus said unto them, A #prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house” (Mark 6:4)

When the people saw him do this miraculous sign, they exclaimed, "Surely, he is the #Prophet we have been expecting!"   (John 6:14)

So Jesus was no more than a messenger of God.
