Non Op weapon

I know most if not all can be viable in the game but my current playthrough I don’t want to be carried. Can anyone give a good list of weapons for this next playthrough I’m doing??

Not necessarily a challenge run but something not overrated in terms of breaks the game but reasonably good just not over powered.
