Mumbo tcg question

Hey peeps my wife got a signed mumbo card in her latest haul it has silver ink. Is this just the colour he chose to sign all his cards or is it a more unique thing like other hermits used different colours for some? Either way she is over the moon to get a signed mumbo I am just curious about it.
