I’m at TwitchCon. I left the hotel room this morning, but had to go back as I forgot something. As I’m waiting for the elevator, I see this woman. She looks like she is looking for something or someone

She looked really familiar. I’m trying not to stare, but I’m also trying to figure out where I might know her from.

A little later I go to the hermit craft panel, it was False Symmetry. I don’t think I had ever seen a picture of her before, don’t know why she looks familiar. Nice pants.

It might be cool to record a timelapse of an entire base being built.

What I mean is, using like a cam account, position it in the exact same spot every single time, and watch from one angle as the Hermit builds their base. Then, at the end of the season, they could edit all of the timelapses together for one mega timelapse.

I couldn't help but think it would have been really cool, to see a timelampse of how much Joel's base changed the landscape, but also catching things happening around Cherry Mountain over the course of Season 10.

Might be a lot of effort, but it would make a for a cool timelapse at the end.

After seeing the panel, I appreciate Skizz even more

I've always been team Skizzleman, but there was just a lovely moment in the TwitchCon panel that I wanted to shout out because I don't see that anyone else had noticed it. At one point, Scar gets choked up on an answer-- could have been nerves, emotions, genuinely something caught in his throat, doesn't matter. And Skizz just kind of effortlessly took over answering the question. Didn't make a big deal about it, didn't leave his friend to flounder in front of an audience, just kind of gently picked up the lede and kept going until Scar could talk again. And like, I know he plays the goofball dunderhead most of the time, with the pranks and the screaming and the self-depreciating humor. But that was so classy, so mature, and so kind of Skizz to do. It just really drove home 1) the fact that yes, the Hermits are genuinely friends with each other because that's something only a friend would notice and act on, and 2) that Skizz is really a class act. What a guy lol.
