Indian from Kerala Possibly Missing in Afghanistan

Hi,

I am writing to express urgent concern for Indian solo overland traveler Naaji Noushi (@naajinoushi_solo_momtraveller on Instagram). She has been documenting her journey through Asia, most recently in Afghanistan. For years she has been consistent with daily updates and very active with her followers. It is now more than four days since she last posted or shared anything. This is extremely out of character.

Her last posts described her traveling in her Mahindra Thar, including through Taliban-controlled areas, interacting with locals and authorities, and passing checkpoints. Since then there has been no communication from her on any public or social media channels.

If you have heard directly from Naaji please share a verified update. If you know anyone who might be in contact with her please inform them. If you have connections with Indian or Afghan authorities please help raise an alert on her behalf.

Traveling to India from Canada, looking for suggestions

Hello from Canada! My husband and I are very interested in traveling to India, especially Kerala, to experience the nature, culture, and food.

I think India has some very gorgeous nature and so we are interested in staying in a kind of nature resort/retreat.

But we also don't want to stay just at a resort the whole time, so would like to have the option for guided tours of local cities/villages, shopping, or some kind of cultural excursion. We also love to cook (ESPECIALLY Indian food!) and so would really like to be able to take some classes and learn about the local cuisine.

You have such a beautiful country and we are so eager to visit. Would just love to know which places you recommend we look into or if you have stayed anywhere like this that you really enjoyed.

So far we have found Tulsi Village in Kerala, but want to expore other options before making a decision.

When will discrimination end?

Hi guys, I wanted to share some thoughts.
Everyone knows the Nationally spread hate north indians vs south indians especially how people hate on kerala but first let's talk about what's happening inside our state.
Even when kerala is one of the literate state in India why does discrimination exist based on caste, religion,colour, we even mock migrant workers from different states by calling them bengali. While we go to other countries mainly gulf countries for the same purpose which is to work and take care of our families. Change should start from oneself, so what can we do to change this?
