RC Approval Pending in Parivahan for 2 Months (Koduvally RTO) – Is this Normal?

I purchased a new car from Koduvally RTO at the end of June 2025. It’s been over two months now, and my RC status still shows “Approval Pending at New RC” on Parivahan.

What’s confusing is that I’ve already received my HSRP number plates and the third registration sticker on the windshield. But the RC itself hasn’t been added to vahan records yet.

Is this delay normal in Kerala RTOs, or should I be concerned? Whom should I contact to get this moving ?

Any advice or similar experiences would be really helpful.
