Why don't subway provide free water ( or such fast food chains)

Is it some kind of policy? As far as I know the restaurants should provide free water to there customers. Is it not a thing for these outlets? And the cost for the water is like hell just for a small bottle.

What Changes Do You Want in Our Current Educational System?

In my opinion, the core problem lies with how we assess students. It’s always based on “how much can you memorize X amount of stuff and write it neatly?”- there is no assessment of skill here. This system is so one dimensional that students with other types of skills are getting excluded. I think the assessment of a student should be based on a variety of activities given to students. It needs to foster the talent of the students rather than forcing them to memorize a whole bunch of stuff.

Have you ever experienced discrimination on the basis of your ethnicity, religion, or other cultural identities?

I studied out of hometown in a small city in Karnataka.. Few of us lived together in a flat. One night, we were having fun and being loud when a police patrol car was going by and stopped and came up hearing the noise. They told us stuff like all you Muslims are terrorists and come here for terror things and dont want to study. We were flabbergasted at the things they said and couldn't do anything. We called up our seniors who intervened and they like most cops, they just wanted money and left. But, it left a strong mark on us.

Why is it that it's seen as weird and uncomfortable when a man calls a girl 'mole' unless the age difference is really big but when it's a boy getting called 'mone' it's not a big deal?

I'm a 22 year old girl and I've felt this personally too. Especially ever since I've turned 18. Back when I was younger in my teens or when I was a child people 4-5 years older than me calling me mole never felt weird. But now even someone 7-8 years older than me saying it,feels idk, kind of strange. Some people are genuinely just speaking in a sweet way but at the end of the day, it feels weird. But when it comes to boys I've noticed that it doesn't matter to them who they get called 'mone' by.

So how did this stereotype come to exist 😂. Just curious.
