Thinkpad P14s Gen 5 is the best option for me?

Hello everyone! I'm new to Reddit, I'm just getting to know the platform and the community here seems incredible.

I currently work as an analyst and use a lot of data to make dashboards in Power BI, I manage large Excel files, and I am starting to use more and more SQL databases, programming in Python and Java and meet or zoom meetings. (Usually all this simultaneously, and in Windows 11)

I am interested in a Thinkpad (the main reason is because it is one of the few models that still maintains the left Ctrl on the modern keyboard, since I am very used to using it, don't judge me XD)

I have been researching the current models, I wanted to prioritize portability, but in several posts I have read that the T14s gen 5 and the Carbon X1 gen 12 tend to get hot and have fans making noise. (I read that the T14s gen 4 AMD had a problem with zoom so I have ruled it out).

Another alternative that I am evaluating is the P14s Gen 5 AMD, which from what I have read is good to do a clean installation of Windows once received due to possible problems with the AMD drivers (this is what they say in several publications)

Are the tasks described really going to heat up and have the fans on all the time on the T14s gen 5 or X1C gen 12? And if so, is the P14s gen 5 AMD the best option without exceeding 1.5kg in weight?

*I am not very demanding with the battery, since I am usually in the office or at home, the only thing is that I would like a device with an OLED screen, more on a whim than out of necessity :(

Thanks for your advice!
