The flight logs show the 91-year-old Cronkite boarded a flight in the depths of winter on January 12, 2007 and took a plane from Newark, New Jersey to St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands.  Cronkite was among eight passengers on board including Jeffrey Epstein who was likely hosting the group at one of his two private islands - Little St. James and Great St. James - located just off the coast of St. Thomas.
