Even after knowing your capacities, you will have to prioritise to give your best to this exam.

Emotionally you may feel obliged, interested, attracted to do things which may give you temporary satisfaction (helping friends, sharing strategies with others, solving problems of others) but these may not help you in your exam!
Unless there is someone in any health emergency.
