Next posts coming up on Visualisation technique which you can use for your performance day.

#visulaise
Mental imagery, also known as visualization, involves creating sensory experiences in the mind without external stimuli.

You can prepare yourself to respond more effectively to upcoming events- your prelims examination.

First step is:

Wrote down the script of how you want your actions, thoughts and emotions to be your exam day.

Step 2 is:

Which reminder are you using today?
Choose one and keep repeating it to yourself till your exam day. Deep breathe as you repeat the statement.

Choose the one which suits you, you may modify it to make it sound natural to you. You can also convert the statement into your mothertongue.

Dear aspriants,

The exam is just 24 hours away now. Make sure you spend these last 24 hours in a calm and positive way.

You’ve worked hard for months — that effort is within you. Trust it. Everything you’ve studied is stored in your mind. The moment you read the questions in the exam, the right answers will start surfacing — have faith in that.

Whether the paper feels easy or tough, don’t let it shake your focus. Stay steady. Read every question carefully, read all the options properly, and only then attempt the answer. Go one question at a time — complete the paper calmly and with full attention.

The more calm and steady you are, the better your performance will be.

Tonight itself, plan all the small but important things: how you’ll reach the centre, what time you’ll leave, keep your small snack box and water bottle ready, and most importantly, carry your pen, writing materials, and hall ticket without fail.

Go to the exam with a peaceful mind and a positive heart. And once you’re inside the exam hall — stay composed and confident.

Wishing you all the very best from the bottom of my heart!
However your exam was yesterday, remember that the best is yet to come your way!
UPSC prelims results are out.

If your score is as per your prediction and wish, keep up with the next steps.

If it is not the case; stay around people, visit your hometown for a few days. Take a break tonight from any planning, strategising... Stay hydrated and keep deep breathing.

Regards,

Which technique would you like to explore this week? These may sound simple but difficult to bring them in practice.

A relaxed nervous system can enhance your study skills.

One of the ways to balance your nervous system!
Hello everyone,
I know some of you are finding it hard to get back into study mode, so let’s go back to the basics:

1. Get moving:
Yes, Delhi is super hot right now, but try to move a little every day. Go for a walk, stretch in your room, or catch up with a friend at the park. Any movement helps your mind feel fresh.

2. Clean up your space:
Organize your notes, clear your table, and tidy up your room. You can even put up some new posters or charts to make your study space more fun and motivating.

3. Start small:
Set tiny study goals. Once you stick to them for 3–4 days, slowly increase the target. Build up bit by bit—you’ve got this.

🌻🌻
