That’s why the OKA Agency has a dedicated Telegram channel, which we run together with our friend and partner Remo Kirsch — a settler from Germany who, a few years ago, moved with his wife Birgit to the Nizhny Novgorod region to begin a new life. Today he is building the "RuDe" settlement in the Bogorodsky district, actively sharing his experience of adaptation and inspiring other foreigners to relocate to Russia.

In March 2024, Remo was granted Russian citizenship in an exceptional procedure by decision of President Vladimir Putin and on the recommendation of Gleb Nikitin, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region. He now also serves as an advisor to the Governor on attracting foreign specialists.
