کار تیمی
یادتون باشه، کار تیمی فقط یه جمله قشنگ یا یه شعار نیست؛ بلکه یه سبک زندگیه. شاید وقتی این جمله رو می‌خونید، ساده به نظر برسه، ولی توی عمل، بخش جذاب و البته چالش‌برانگیزش از همین‌جا شروع میشه.
تو کار تیمی باید صبور باشید، یعنی بدونید که هر کسی یه مدل فکر می‌کنه، یه جور رفتار می‌کنه و طبیعیه که گاهی کارها اونطوری که شما میخواید جلو نره.
باید مهربون باشید، یعنی بدون قضاوت به بقیه کمک کنید، حرفشون رو گوش بدید و بتونید حمایت واقعی نشون بدید.
باید گذشت داشته باشید، یعنی اشتباهات کوچیک یا حتی بزرگ بقیه رو ببخشید و بدونید که هیچ تیمی بدون خطا پیشرفت نمی‌کنه.

اگر همین سه اصل رو – صبوری، مهربانی و گذشت – جدی بگیرید و توی رفتار روزمره‌تون پیاده کنید، شک نکنید که کار تیمی‌تون نه تنها درست انجام میشه، بلکه نتایجی هم خلق می‌کنید که به تنهایی هیچوقت دست‌یافتنی نبود.

One of our challenges is how we can listen to more quality control (QC) with a few people and make it easy for us to be excellent; Because now only some of the calls are visible. On the other hand, many of the dissatisfaction in this volume of contact may not be heard and for us that customer satisfaction is extremely important.

With the little knowledge we have of artificial intelligence, there is a solution that we probably couldn't find. So, through a public call, we decided to extend the work of cooperation towards the experts to get along with Nilgam to solve the problem.

Nilgam's need for this call to develop a tool to listen to our conversation and, based on the examples we have given it, identify criteria such as sound, anger and forbidden words and inform the QiC team at a proper speed.

The competition will be held today (June 6, 1404) for 10 days. ما در هلدینگ نیلگام ماهانه حدود 31 هزار تماس داریم که از نظر زمانی به 811 ساعت می‌رسه. یکی از چالش‌هامون اینه که چطور میشه با چند نفر نیروی کنترل کیفیت (QC) بخش بیشتری از تماس‌ها رو گوش بدیم و خیالمون راحت باشه از عالی بودن کیفیت تماس‌ها؛ چون الان فقط بخشی از تماس‌ها قابل رصده. از طرفی خیلی از نارضایتی‌ها تو این حجم تماس ممکنه به گوش ما نرسه و این موضوع برای ما که رضایت مشتری خط قرمزمونه به شدت مهمه.

ما با دانش اندکی که از هوش مصنوعی داریم فکر می‌کنیم راه‌حلی وجود داره که احتمالا هنوز نتونستیم پیداش کنیم. بنابراین تصمیم گرفتیم از طریق یک فراخوان عمومی، دست همکاری به سمت کارشناس‌های امر دراز کنیم تا برای حل مسئله در کنار نیلگام قرار بگیرن.

نیاز نیلگام تو این فراخوان توسعه یه ابزاره تا مکالماتمون رو نرم‌افزار گوش بده و بر اساس نمونه‌هایی که قبلا بهش دادیم، معیارهایی مثل تُن صدا، خشم و کلمات ممنوعه رو تشخیص بده و با یه سرعت مناسب تیم کیو سی رو مطلع کنه.
