Is this normal in corporate?
As we have mid year awards, and my lead(8+ yrs overall exp) works really hard, streches his time beyond 11, 12 sometimes 2-3 AM as well. Now out of no where the other fellow team mate received outstanding in Technology award, she (4+yrs exp) is very average person, she basically does her job and leave thats it. I know she has not did something really outstanding performance in implementing any logic at all. How come she received the award. Is it politics or is it normal I don't understand being a fresher I got confused about the people tactics..

How to clear my 20 lakhs debt
Hello hidden gems,
I am 23 years old from Andhra Pradesh India. I have 20 lakhs Debt failed in all the businesses and lost money on trading. Now totally I have 20 lakhs Debt with 18% per annum from relatives, friends and villagers.
Slowly, everyone is start asking to return their money.
With the skills I have I am earning only upto 50k per month. I don't have any assets and I am independent. Even we don't have own house. But, there was a good reputation to me once in a village. Now, there is no respect for me. As I strictly attached to ethics and values I want to clear all my debts with each and every single paisa along with interest to all lenders.
How can I do it now?
What should I do to clear all my debts?
It's really painful for me whenever I receive calls from lenders.
I am not eating food and even sleeping properly at this stage. Really I am feeling hell 😭
No best friends, No girl friends and no relatives who cares me.
Only me and my elder parents who go for a labour work for their food.
Can someone suggest me.

LONELY..
Is it only me, or are there others who don’t have any real friends after school? Even in inter, I only had my school friend with me, and most of it was during covid. Later, everyone went their own way and made new friends. In degree, I had a few friends just for the sake of it. Now that I’m working, I feel lonely and unable to form long-lasting friendships. Is this how life usually goes?
