2. Add 2 quarts of sliced, fresh cucumbers to the jar.
3. Bring a brine of 6 cups water, 1/2 cup white vinegar, and 4 Tbsp pickling salt to a boil. Pour over the cucumbers until fully submerged. Top with a lid.
4. Let sit until cooled. Add a band and store in the fridge. Let sit for 2-3 weeks (I wait for 3), then enjoy for 3-4 months! They get even better as they age 🥒
