✅ Partnering with the Global Brand Manager to lead the development of the new Expert Derma Scalp Care line—translating category and consumer insights into a clear platform strategy and innovation roadmap
✅ Leading innovation projects for both Core and Expert Scalp Care line, which includes mix development (proposition crafting, product & pack design, business case, network, innoflex) and project management across teams to ensure OTIF launch. This involves high interaction with upper management, cross functional team, local markets and external agencies
Job Requirements:
✅ Proven record of Global Brand Development experience. Candidates with experience in global innovations development, managing relaunches and fast tracked networks are preferred
✅ Understands how to adapt global ideas for regional deployment without losing brand consistency
✅ Eye for beauty in crafting and judging product design, advertising, and content, especially within the context of premium beauty & hair. Able to spot packaging inconsistencies, wording issues or off-brand executions before they hit the market
