✅ GUI Upgrade: Enhances usability with an improved interface for node operators.

✅ Tunable Node Rotation: Introduces a feature that improves network stability by phasing out under-provisioned nodes while avoiding slashing penalties.

If your node is in an active state, ensure it is set to standby before performing the update.
