Today, Shega officially launched the Young Professionals Program (YPP), a six-month immersive experience designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals.

Seven young professionals have joined the first cohort. They will be placed across five core departments: Research and Insights, Marketing and Communications, Product Development, Commercial, and People and Culture. Over the course of the program, they will rotate through each of these areas.

The goal is to provide broad, hands-on exposure to how different teams operate and collaborate. Participants will work on live projects, contribute to team goals, and build practical skills through real responsibilities and close mentorship.

At the end of the six months, participants will leave with a well-rounded understanding of Shega’s work and how each department contributes to it.

We’re excited to welcome the first group and look forward to what we’ll build together.
