Learning to find a balance between living online, working and enjoying every moment is my challenge.

I have recently launched an educational project and now I am moving on to my next dream –
to participate in the largest art fair in the Middle East, Art Dubai.

Right now I'm immersed in painting my digital worlds, sometimes my friends drag me out for some fresh air so I don't turn into part of my tablet.

My current project is "Mirage", a dijetal piece dedicated to the desert. Working on such a project requires not only creativity, but also a deep dive into your own emotions.

It's difficult at the beginning, it seems like I can't cope, there's so much to do and not enough time. I often feel anxious that I don't have time to take photos. I get up tired in the morning and even weekends don't bring stress relief. I struggle with perfectionism and doubt and it's like pimples, I don't try to squeeze them but rather view them in the mirror.

So I want to tell you that it's okay to create in pain and happiness at the same time, especially in the beginning stages. Then you can relax, put on a nice dress and shine at exhibitions.

So, I work quietly and diligently, sometimes disappearing from the internet, but I promise to share with you more often. After all, creativity is about the many facets of feeling that I want to tell you about. Maybe you'll find something in my stories that resonates, and then you'll feel a little better about this artist's journey.

Under 40 kg: The Path to
Recovery and Conscious Eating

In December, I faced an unpleasant problem: I got a sore throat, which led to complications. My tonsils were swollen, and unfortunately, antibiotics were powerless. Looking for a solution, I turned to a body cleansing method, inspired by observations of animals that instinctively refuse to eat when sick. I reduced the amount of food I ate and started taking fresh juices.

This process led to a significant reduction in my weight – I reached 40 kg. I want to emphasize that my goal was never to lose weight. My main goal was to restore my health. In this I was helped by a nutritionist, with whom we developed a specialized diet. It included not only juices, but also vegetable soups and salads, supporting my body during recovery.

This was my first experience of fasting and I was surprised to find that I felt a burst of energy rather than weakness. I drank plenty of fluids, including juices and water, and occasionally allowed myself a scoop of honey. It is very important to note that this approach to nutrition and health is a personal experiment and should not be considered a recommendation for everyone. Every body is unique, and what works for me may be ineffective or even harmful for someone else.

To summarize, I want to emphasize that my journey is a story about exploring my body and health, not about finding the perfect look. I've learned a lot about how nutrition affects my well-being and energy. And of course, the fact that changes in diet and lifestyle can lead to external changes cannot be ignored. But the most important thing for me is health and well-being, not striving for some beauty standards.

What unusual or personalized methods of restoring health have
you ever tried and what results
did they bring?

Magic Beate is my love and friend.
Our meeting happened in New York City in 2018. She gave me these huge shoes, which are now a collector's item in my studio. Already later unexpectedly, we both ended up in Florence at the same time. At that time, Biet had just joined the avavav team. For a whole year we shared projects, watched films,
had dinner together and chatted about kitties.

Continuing to share my
talented friends 🤍
