Do you remember the first time you actually realized that your sins had something to do with Messiah’s death? That these weren't just words on a page? Or saying to yourself,  yes he died for the world. When did you first individualize his death for your life? That he knew YOUR name? That YOU were part of the reason he was crucified?

I remember when I did.  I was so crushed, so sad, so sorry for all my stupid,  rash, irresponsible and insolent behavior. My heart actually hurt. My sins were there that day, weighing him down, me....my sins took part.

Now I am free, unchained by my mistakes and no one can make me stay in them because he died FOR ME. AND YOU.

He knows your name and already carried your sins long before you were born. So smile and praise his holy name.  Your free to begin your life and live the way you know is a joy to Adonai.
