Ibn Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days." The people asked, "O Messenger of Allah, not even Jihad in the way of Allah?" He replied, "Not even Jihad in the way of Allah, except for a person who goes out with his life and wealth and does not return with anything."

A short Reminder on the importance of Dhul-Hijjah

📌 @Islamicquotess
Dhul-Hijja has started from today

Don't forget to fast these days,  increase in your ibadah, duas, reading Qur'an, sadaqa to the needy, giving dawah, night prayers, dhuha, Adkaar and your jihad.

Don't forget this ummah in your duas,  don't forget those behind bars, those Muslims dead and alive in your duas

Hasten to do good deeds, remember that the days of Dhul-Hijja are better than the days of Ramadan, Hasten to do good deeds as this might be one's last Dhul-Hijjah

May Allah accept from you all
Not even Jihad, except...:

Good deeds are more beloved to Allah;

“There are no days during which good deeds are more beloved by Allaah than these (ten) days.”

The Prophet, sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam, was then asked: “Not even Jihaad in Allaah's way?”

He replied: “Not even Jihaad in Allaah’s way; except for a person who went out (for Jihaad) with his self and wealth and came back with none (i.e. lost all for Allaah).” Bukhari 969

Ibn Rajab Al-Hanbali (may Allah have mercy on him) said, “It appears and Allah knows best that good deeds practiced during these ten days are superior to any other ten days during any other month.”

It’s recommended to be involved in a lot dhikr;

“And mention the Name of Allah on appointed days.”
Hajj 22:28

Ibn Rajab Al-Hanbali (may Allah have mercy on him) said, “The majority of the scholars view the appointed days as the ten days of Dhul Hijah.”

There is great virtue in Fasting on the 9th;

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about fasting on the Day of of Arafah.

He said, "Fasting the day of Arafah expiates the [minor] sins of two years: a past one and a coming one”.
Muslim 1162
