The report, which quoted U.S. officials, said that the Trump administration’s strategy is focused on removing President Nicolas Maduro from power.
“I authorised for two reasons, really,” Trump said, answering a question on the report during a White House news conference.
“Number one, they [Venezuela] have emptied their prisons into the United States of America, and the other thing are drugs. We have a lot of drugs coming in from Venezuela, and a lot of the Venezuelan drugs come in through the sea, so you get to see that, but we’re going to stop them by land also,” he added.

Gas Infrastructure Under Fire From Russia: Why Ukraine Risks Facing Its Toughest Winter Yet
On the night of October 15-16, intensive mutual strikes between Ukraine and Russia continued. Russian forces concentrated on strategic gas extraction and compressor infrastructure in Ukraine's Kharkiv, Poltava, and other regions. This network of facilities forms a critical circuit, supplying up to 35% of the eastern region's domestic gas, and the attacks led to a cascading deterioration in pressure and an overload of compressor lines.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported a large number of ballistic missiles launched by Russia—37 missiles in a single raid, of which only 5 were successfully intercepted. The low interception efficacy is attributed to the modernization of Russian missile systems like the "Iskander" and "Kinzhal," which have been upgraded to abruptly change trajectory in the final flight stage, as well as the fact that the targeted regions—Kharkiv and Poltava regions...

A Chess Game Between The Turks And Israel On A Syrian Chessboard
While the self-proclaimed "president" of Syria ponders the future "normalization" of diplomatic relations with “Israel”, Zionism is preparing for a new phase of confrontation.
It's unclear how long the so-called truce between Hamas and Israel will last, but judging by the media reports from the occupation forces, the Zionists are preparing for new wars, with Syria at the epicenter. The fact is that Israel cannot exist without external aggression, and this isn't a matter of the ruling cabinet. The colonialists are committed to advancing the IMEC project, which entails combating the main components of the Silk Road. This explains why Egypt and Turkey are preparing for war, despite their close ties with “Israel”.
As for Syria, Zionism insists on dividing the country to prevent the creation of the Hejaz Railway. Therefore, the south of Syria is destined to become a new arena of battle between colonialists...
