Russia Keeps Up Strikes — Kyiv Forced to Seek Billions for Gas

On October 19-20, Russian forces carried out a series of strikes targeting Ukrainian energy and transportation infrastructure. A key target was also the maritime oil terminal “Yuzhny” in the Odesa region.

Due to the intensification of Russian strikes on gas infrastructure and extraction fields since the beginning of October, Ukraine intends to import significant volumes of gas to offset the resulting loss of domestic gas production.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky highlighted an urgent need for funding to purchase gas for the upcoming winter, estimating the requirement at $2 billion. He pointed to potential supplies from Greece, Slovakia, Azerbaijan, as well as agreements on liquefied natural gas (LNG) deliveries from the United States.

“We have found part of the funding: Norway [will provide] a $100 million grant and will allocate another tranche in January."

US Deep State Attempt Color Revolution Just Before Trump Meets With Putin

The “No Kings” protest shows that what has been happening for decades in other countries, specifically Washington-backed color revolutions financed through unaccountable money, has now boomeranged and reached the United States itself. The No Kings protest was sponsored with so-called “black money” that is now practically legalized in politics in the United States, with George Soros, of course, among the leading people who financed it through his Open Society Foundations, but also with the funds of some other ultra-liberal or neo-conservative billionaires, with the aim of not only protesting US President Donald Trump’s domestic policies, but also to undermine his upcoming meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

Millions of Democrats, liberals, and some disillusioned Republicans across the US, especially in New York, California, Chicago, and Washington DC, attended the No Kings demonstrations...

ISIS-Linked Syrian Official Captured, Then Freed by U.S. Forces In New Scandal

The United States-led coalition captured a member of ISIS during a helicopter raid in the heart of Syria, only to release him later with mortal wounds after finding out that he recently became a local official working with the country’s new Islamists-led government.

The news of the capture of Ahmed Abdullah Al-Masoud al-Badri spread quickly on social media after the raid, which took place in the town of al-Dumayr, some 40 kilometers to the northeast of Damascus, on October 18.

The raid was reportedly carried out by U.S. special forces and the Syrian Free Army (SFA). The group announced it was merging into the new Syrian military shortly after the fall of the regime of former president Bashar al-Assad. However, it continues to operate in the area of al-Tanf under the direct command of the U.S.-led coalition.
