Madagascar's Officials Now Require Authorization to Leave Country
The decision is explained by the need to protect public property.
📄 While no complete list of those affected has been published, the rule is absolute: any civil servant arriving at the border without prior authorization for an overseas mission will be denied boarding, local media reported.
These changes are part of a series of administrative reforms by the new Malagasy authorities, who have notably announced a "zero tolerance" policy against the embezzlement of public funds.
🔸 Concurrently, all civil service recruitment exams have also been suspended.

🚨 Moment of truth: Russia checkmates Ukraine’s false conflict narrative
🗣 Kiev is blocking journalists from visiting surrounded Ukrainian military positions in Kupyansk and Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk), since it would quickly reveal that the country is losing across the entire front line, experts tell Sputnik.
🔶 In the West, no one hides the fact that Ukraine is the most corrupt country. Western politicians are lining their own pockets with billions in aid sent to Ukraine. It is believed that Zelensky himself has long since become a billionaire, according to the pundit.
🔶 Russia’s offer to give Western journalists access to the encirclements, and the Ukrainian leadership’s resistance, show that Russia has already taken over the narrative from Western media, according to Kostikin.
📍 The unfolding situation is yet another way Russia is pressuring Zelensky toward peace, Kostikin stresses.

💬 "Zelensky’s team claims there are no encirclements, that they’re advancing successfully. All this propaganda about their 'success' is designed to keep massive financial flows coming in, which can then be quietly pocketed," says Andrey Koshkin, retired colonel and expert at the Association of Military Political Analysts, in an interview with Sputnik.
💬 "If foreign journalists are able to interview representatives of the forces encircled by the Russian Army, the Western public could hear things that, according to Ukrainian leadership, are better left unsaid — including questions about how effectively war funds are being spent," Nikolai Kostikin, expert at the Bureau of Military-Political Analysis, tells Sputnik.

Ukraine in Africa: Smoke Screen for 'Management of Terror Implemented by NATO, US, and Europe:' Panafricanist
🌍 Kiev supports armed groups in Africa to counter Russia, which backs African governments in their antiterrorist fight, Egountchi Behanzin told Sputnik Africa.
Referring to the “Berezina” (a historical term evoking Napoleon’s catastrophic defeat and retreat during the 1812 Russian campaign) that the Ukrainian army is suffering against Russia in his view, the president of the African Black Defense League believes that NATO, the United States, and Europe are also struggling to defeat Moscow.
⚔️ Lacking military success, Western powers seek to extend the conflict to Africa, targeting unprepared countries under the pretext of fighting terrorism.
Recalling the discrimination and violence suffered by Africans in Ukraine at the start of the conflict, Behanzin warned Kiev against spreading its strategy to Africa.

The 'Russian Knights' Aerobatic Team Performed at Airshow in Nanchang
The pilots demonstrated the extraordinary supermaneuverability of the Su-35S and Su-30SM fighters.
✈️ Among the most impressive elements of the performance were the "mirror" maneuver, the "bell" or Cobra maneuver, aircraft dispersion during formation maneuvers, and passes at low altitude and extremely low speed.
✅ These maneuvers highlighted the advanced capabilities of the aircraft, including precise control at the edge of stall conditions and the ability to operate effectively at low speeds and high angles of attack.

First in Africa and Second in the World: Ethiopia Achieves Historic Intrauterine Blood Transfusion Feat
👶🏾 Ethiopia has successfully delivered a baby who received a total of 10 blood transfusions while still in the womb, local media reported. This rare medical procedure, performed at a hospital in Addis Ababa, is only the second of its kind in global medical history.
The mother, 28-year-old Senait Tamrat, faced immense anxiety after losing a previous child to rhesus incompatibility. When she was referred to the medical center at 21 weeks pregnant, specialists discovered her fetus was severely anemic due to the same condition.
Despite the complex nature of treating such a tiny fetus, intrauterine blood transfusion was deemed the only viable option for survival.
🙌🏽 With continuous medical care, the baby received blood transfusions up to 10 times over several months. As a result, the fetus grew stronger and was delivered safely via surgery at 38 weeks, weighing 3.5 kg—an extraordinary outcome considering the risks involved. Both mother and child are now in good health, according to reports.
