Starlink has launched a page for "Direct to Cell" which will eventually allow for texts, calls, and data to work over Starlink.
According to the page, texts over Starlink are coming in 2024, while calls & data are coming 2025. The satellites will act like cellphone towers in space and should theoretically allow any LTE capable devices to connect.
The contact form currently only allows mobile providers to "get in touch" and signing up for this service will likely happen through your carrier once they support it.
