I remember there was this big BOMBSHELL insight a few years ago via Stefan Molyneux and maybe Jack Posobiec that wouldn't you know it, there used to be a mental hospital system that served the populace just fine until it was demolished by pharmaceutical interests in the 1970's.

I haven't done the deep dive on the research but from my cursory reading, that mental asylum system was used to dump people like Ezra Pound into incarceration, as well as tax resisters, vax resisters, and other dissidents. And it was funded by the Rockefeller types.

For me, the jury is out.

Tons of other ultra achievers went on long walks, particularly in the morning. I forget who covered this extensively, maybe Charles Murray or Malcolm Gladwell. Those brain scans of a person's brain being much more lit up after a half hour's walk don't lie.

I consider walking to be one of the finest forms of exercise. You're involved enough to activate the brain and increase metabolism but not so involved that you're distracted from higher order thoughts by competition and novel risk.

Raise your expectations as you age!

Quite often people who are ashamed of the state of their marriage will instead push the focus to their children and beam there with pride. But this ignores the awful trickledown of a wounded marriage onto the children. Your communication with your spouse is the basis of culture in the home.

As a parent, you are entrusted to deliver your children to the world as healthy, fully functioning adults who can contribute by generating virtue in the world.

Well, this sucks. Remember when they said they would weaponize the weather by 2025? I guess they're right on track then.

People who think they need to bully you to "greatness" are telling you about their childhoods and attempting to subjugate you, at the same time.

The laws on the books generally reflect the correct morality. The ENFORCEMENT of the law is in full decay, for a number of reasons. Therefore, a new kind of man must be forged. And in my estimation, peaceful parenting has the best arguments for the world we need to live in.

The harder the decision, the more uncertainty and ambivalence you have to be able to tolerate. There is no substitute for thinking everything through and getting as much information as possible. Helps to keep your cool, as well!

This life is set up to grind you down. If you feel your expectations flagging, raise them up!

I was shopping Etsy and toggled the non USA stores off and it still shows India based stores at the top of the results. This is highly symbolic.

The more abused a teenager is, the more the culture will "make sense" to them and they will bond to it - to their own great detriment.
