Oʻzbekiston va Gruziya oʻrtasida taʼlim va fan sohasidagi aloqalar muhokama qilindi
11-oktabr kuni Toshkent shahrida Oliy taʼlim, fan va innovatsiyalar vaziri Qoʻngʻirotboy Sharipov Gruziya taʼlim, fan va yoshlar vaziri Givi Mikanadze boshchiligidagi delegatsiya bilan uchrashdi.
Tomonlar oliy taʼlim, ilm-fan va innovatsiyalar sohasidagi hamkorlikni yanada rivojlantirish, amalga oshirilayotgan qoʻshma loyihalarni muhokama qilish hamda yangi tashabbuslarni yoʻlga qoʻyish masalalarini koʻrib chiqdilar.
Uchrashuvda “Uzumchilik va vinochilik” yoʻnalishida 1+1 modelidagi qoʻshma dastur, turizm sohasida qoʻshma yoʻnalishlar va Oʻzbekiston davlat jahon tillari universiteti qoshida Gruzin tili markazini ochish rejalari muhokama qilindi.

Ko’pchilikda Xitoy va boshqa Bt genli ko’sak qurti va gerbidcidga (Gt) chidamli navlarda yog’dorlik mahalliy navlarga nisbatan past degan noto’g’ri fikr shakllangan. Aslidachi?
GMO (BT) paxta chigitida o'rtacha yog' miqdori taxminan 17,43% ni tashkil qiladi, bu BT bo'lmagan paxta chigitlarida esa 17,40% tengdir.
BT genining mavjudligi urug'ning umumiy yog'i tarkibiga sezilarli ta'sir ko'rsatmasligi aniqlandi. Barcha go’za navlaridagi paxta chigitida taxminan 15-20% yog' mavjud, yadrosi (po'stlog'idan tozalangan go'sht) esa yuqori konsentratsiyaga ega bo’ladi va taxminan 37% xom yog’ chiqadi.
Xitoy va Turkiya navlari chigitida tola 45%, 1000 ta chigit ogirligi 90-100 gramgacha. Mahalliy navlar chigitida tola 35-38%, 1000 ta chigitni og’irligi esa 110-125 gramgacha.
Albatta 1000 ta chigitdan yog’ ajratilsa, Xorijiy GMO (Bt va Gt) navkaridan kam yog’ chiqadi. Biroq, bir hil og’irlikdagi chigitalrdan agratilsa, masalan 1 tonna, yog’ miqdorida farq qilmaydi.
Hulosa:
Xalqaro laboratoriyalardagi ilmiy tadqiqotlarning qisqa hulosasi shunday: “Hozirgi tekshiruvlardan shuni aytish mumkinki, Bt paxta duragaylari tarkibini ularning Bt bo'lmagan versiyalari bilan solishtirganda, yog 'foizida va yog' kislotasida sezilarli farq yo'q.

There is a common misconception that Chinese Bt-gene resistant cotton varieties have lower oil content than local Uzbek varieties. Is that true?
BT cotton seeds have an average oil content of approximately 17.43%, which is on par with non-BT cotton seeds' at 17.40%. The BT gene has been found to have no significant effect on the overall seed oil content. Whole cottonseeds contain about 15–20% oil, while the kernel (dehulled meat) has a higher concentration, around 37% crude oil.
The fiber content of Chinese and Turkish varieties is 45%, and the weight of 1000 seeds is 90-100 grams. The fiber content of local varieties is 35-38%, and the weight of 1000 seeds is 110-125 grams. Of course, if oil is extracted from 1000 seeds, less oil is obtained from foreign GMO (Bt and Gt) varieties. However, if it is extracted from seeds of the same weight, for example, 1 ton, there is no difference in the amount of oil.
In conclusion:
“From current investigations, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in oil percentage and fatty acid
composition in Bt cotton hybrids when compared to their non-Bt versions.”
