Base pushes for private stablecoin trading

Brian Armstrong, CEO, said that Coinbase’s Layer 2, Base, is preparing private transactions. Whether KYC will be required has not been disclosed.

Ethereum Foundation transfers 160k ETH

Hyperliquid Strategies aims to raise up to $1 billion by issuing 160 million shares

Hyperliquid Strategies has filed a registration statement (S-1) with the SEC. Through a public offering, it seeks to raise up to $1 billion and will issue up to 160 million shares.

The company is the Sonnet BioTherapeutics–Rorschach I merger entity and is expected to list on Nasdaq under a new ticker.
