Question! What's the difference between vibe-coding and utilising AI to build stuff?

The app and bot my friends and I made for a client 😄

So, I just took TikTok’s Online Assessment for a frontend internship, and my dependency on AI screwed me up. The questions were very basic, but I couldn’t remember the syntax for most things. I spent over 45 minutes trying to find a bug (I was using append instead of push to add an element to my array) and couldn’t spot the error it just wouldn’t work.

Anyway, I’m definitely expecting a rejection, but it was a good experience.

It’s far from perfect, but this is what I’ve managed to build so far. From here on, I’ll be working on this project seriously not just as a side project, but as a real product.

It might not work out, but it’s worth the shot. Plus, having something big to chase feels amazing.
