Nothing irritates me more than when somebody explains White Boy Summer, but goes out of their way to downplay the "White"aspect.

Newsflash: WBS is all about celebrating Western Civilization and European/American history and heritage -- its basically all about whiteness.

This isn't to say that a nonwhite can't enjoy WBS. Just as a gentile could presumably celebrate Hanukkah, a POC can enjoy WBS. But deep down they know that the season is not theirs.
