What can we say? We are grateful and humbled for the outpouring of support from everyone who has donated. We are happy to report that, after a mandatory hold from the payment processor, the first deposit has successfully transferred into the bank account that has been set up to hold the funds raised.

We have also increased the goal of the fundraiser by $2k, because, as you can see, the payment processor takes out quite a bit of the money donated. The extra money will be used to cover the fees taken by the payment processor.
