Since 1995, the U.S. has experienced six government shutdowns. In the last two, Bitcoin showed clear corrections during the events - dropping between -15% and -23%, while the S&P 500 typically saw an initial dip followed by a recovery of around +3% after the shutdown ended.
During the current 6th shutdown, however, Bitcoin $BTC has moved in the opposite direction, rallying and even setting a new all-time high.
