I encountered Brennan when he was a young analyst, parked in the back of the auditorium, covering "terrorism" - a step away from a pink slip.
(back then, the terrorism desk where you exiled worthless intel officers; terrorist issues were covered by regional desk officers)

Brennan was selected by Bush as a Useful Idiot to promote the "terrrorist" meme; as a junior analyst, he was writing worthless terrorist OpEds for the WaPo - to the horror of the Intel Community.

But, he carried the Terrorist Torch for Bush - and was promoted accordingly, again to the horror of the IC!

He needs to be prosecuted.
